The Power of Tiny Conservation Plots
The Power of Tiny Conservation Plots is a self-initiated editorial illustration project inspired by the article “The Powerful Potential of Tiny Conservation Plots” by Joanna Thompson, published in NOĒMA Magazine. 
The article highlights the importance of small green spaces in major cities like New York in mitigating the climate crisis and preventing species extinction.
With this illustration, created using handmade digital techniques, I aimed to depict the contrast between green solutions and the urban environment, emphasizing the presence of fireflies, an indicator of increasing biodiversity. This project is intended for the audience of NOĒMA Magazine, who are engaged in discussions on science, technology, philosophy, and the future of our planet, among other issues.
